Why Apple Cider Vinegar?

Apple Cider Vinegar has an impressive reputation of being a health tonic. As far back as the time of Hippocrates (400 BC), people have recognized the medicinal properties of vinegar. Research is now supporting these traditional uses. Apple Cider Vinegar has been shown to promote weight loss, improve blood sugar control, and increase satisfaction after meals. Plus it is so darned tasty! Why wouldn't you want to do something that is so yummy and so good for you too?!
